Enovis Healthcare Solutions Named a 2026 TAG Awards Winner for B2B Software Platform Innovation

Bridging the Technology Gap in Healthcare

Healthcare has no shortage of technology. The challenge is getting all of that technology to work together in a way that actually makes life easier for the people using it.

That is the problem Enovis Healthcare Solutions set out to solve.

The company’s integrated platform brings together clinical workflow, durable medical equipment management, inventory, insurance verification, patient financial transparency, documentation, and revenue-cycle processes that have traditionally lived in separate systems.

For that work, Enovis Healthcare Solutions has been named a 2026 TAG Awards winner for B2B Innovation.

An Integrated Technology Ecosystem

The platform brings together several pieces of the Enovis technology ecosystem, including MotionMD®, VeriPro®, and OaraScore®.

MotionMD serves as the operational foundation, helping orthopedic practices manage DME workflows, documentation, inventory, analytics, integrations, and compliance. VeriPro adds real-time insurance benefit verification and patient responsibility estimates. OaraScore extends the platform into clinical decision support and patient pathway optimization.

The common thread is connectivity.

Instead of asking staff to move between spreadsheets, paper forms, phone calls, billing systems, payer information, and separate software applications, Enovis brings more of those steps into one connected environment.

And that has implications beyond efficiency.

Prioritizing Patient Financial Transparency

One of the most interesting pieces of the platform is the focus on patient financial transparency.

For patients receiving durable medical equipment, understanding what they will owe can be surprisingly difficult. Insurance benefits may need to be verified, coverage interpreted, and patient responsibility estimated before a provider can have a meaningful financial conversation.

VeriPro brings that information into the workflow.

That means providers can have a clearer conversation with patients before care is delivered, rather than leaving financial questions to the billing process later.

Scale and Implementation Success

The numbers demonstrate just how far the platform has scaled. Enovis reports more than 4,300 care sites, more than 12 million patient agreements, more than 732,000 insurance benefit checks, and more than $136 million in patient responsibility estimates.

Those numbers aren't just measures of software activity. They represent millions of individual interactions in which orthopedic practices are trying to make clinical, operational, and financial processes work together.

The implementation side is just as important.

Enovis has supported more than 4,000 MotionMD go-lives nationwide, with training, workflow optimization, compliance guidance, and customer support built into the adoption process. That implementation approach was recognized with a 2026 Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for Best Customer Training Program.

The TAG Awards judges noticed the same combination of technology and execution.

Judge Anthony Lopez called out the platform’s ability to connect clinical workflow, DME management, insurance verification, and patient financial transparency within a unified environment. He also pointed to the breadth of adoption and transaction volume as evidence of significant market acceptance.

Judge Tim Parrish focused on the patient side of the equation, noting that Enovis addresses the fragmented DME billing and insurance process while bringing cost transparency forward in the patient journey. He also highlighted the scale of execution: thousands of care sites, millions of patient agreements, hundreds of thousands of benefit checks, and more than $136 million in patient responsibility estimates.

That is an important distinction.

Good software can automate a task. More useful software can change how an entire workflow operates.

Enovis is working in that second category, bringing clinical, operational, and financial information together so practices can make better-informed decisions and patients can have more clarity about what comes next.

It is also a reminder that innovation in healthcare doesn't always have to mean a new device or a breakthrough procedure. Sometimes innovation looks like taking a process that has been unnecessarily complicated for years and finally making it work the way people expected it should.
